When you purchase The Beginner Body Blueprint from Field & Foundry, you are buying a licence to use a digital product — not the copyright to it. This page explains what you can and cannot do with your copy.

Your licence

Your purchase grants you a single, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Download the file to your own devices.
• Read it on any device you own.
• Print one copy for your personal use.

What you may not do

To protect the work and keep it affordable for everyone, you may not:

• Resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Product.
• Share, email, upload, or post the file or its contents publicly or privately to others.
• Reproduce or republish the text, images, or design, in whole or in part.
• Use the Product or any part of it for commercial purposes, including coaching or training materials, without our written permission.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Product remain the exclusive property of Field & Foundry. All rights reserved.
